My firm is an IT firm in Boca Raton, Florida. I dislike mail and the phone! I need an objective individual, who is not an employee of the company, to open my mail on a weekly basis and divide it appropriately in terms of tax write-offs for my CPA, invoices and supporting documents. Gig Concierge has been a total lifesaver~ My husband and I were overwhelmed with challenges involving my mother who is 800 miles away from us. It’s just too far for us to visit Mom as often as I would like. We heard that this concierge would buy a gift for Mother’s Day or other days – take it to her, along with a bouquet or something personal. It worked out so well, we are making weekly visits to my mom now. They read to her, bring her something, or just sit and chat. I feel very lucky that I found this resolution as the guilt of not seeing mom was really getting to me and my partner.

As a physician, I have found myself needing help around my office and my home sporadically. This concierge was able to help me with my inventory at the office. At my home we coordinated so that she would wait for the contractors to show up for various projects I’ve had – whether it’s a plumber or the landscaper, she is able to meet with them and make sure I have whatever I need finished – I don’t have to leave work to run home and get things done. It’s great.

I am a psychiatrist and work out of my home as a weight-loss consultant for people all over the world. I was drowning in a lot of little things I needed to get done. I despise the computer and always need help with PowerPoint presentations, as well as excel spreadsheets to track my clients. After I called this concierge, I was shocked they were able to send the right person with the right personality to come over to help with general filing, making follow-up calls to clients and developing business cards, brochures, and flyers for my business. My wife came to the U.S. for medical treatment from Cancun. Recently I called about helping me out with a few super annoying tasks I wanted to get done before my husband and I left on vacation. They promptly replied and I asked them if they could help me out with our inventory at our business. By getting that help, I was able to concentrate on wrapping things up at work, instead of trying to do everything. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. The concierge decreased my stress and improved my focus on what’s important to me, so I concentrated on my business and was able to close a deal before we left town.
